Privacy built around local files.

VaultPDF processes selected PDFs and images inside your browser. This policy explains the limited data that can leave the page.

Short version
  • Selected documents are not uploaded by the PDF tools.
  • Generated files are downloaded to your device.
  • Support messages are sent only when you submit the form.
  • Google advertising is integrated but currently disabled.

Files and local processing

Files selected in the workbench are read in browser memory. The processing pipeline creates a new local download and does not overwrite the source file. Clear the workspace or close the tab to release files and generated results from the current session.

Support messages

When you submit the support form, VaultPDF sends the feedback type, title, description, email address and optional product context to Monoware Support. Do not include document contents, passwords, access tokens or private logs. This data is used to investigate and respond to the request.

Hosting and aggregate analytics

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process routine request metadata such as IP address, user agent and requested URL. VaultPDF may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, traffic sources and performance. Analytics never receives files selected in the workbench or generated document contents.

Local preferences

VaultPDF stores the selected color theme in browser local storage. Core tools do not require an account.

Advertising

Google AdSense support is integrated but advertising is disabled. No Google advertising script or empty ad placement is loaded while disabled. Before advertising is enabled, VaultPDF will configure the required consent experience and update this policy to describe active advertising data use.

Questions and requests

Use the VaultPDF support form for privacy questions or requests related to submitted feedback. This policy is updated when data handling materially changes.
